Privacy

This page says what we collect when you use the OSMEXO LLM Gateway, why, and how long we keep it. We collect as little as the service needs.

Account data

Your email address, name, hashed password or Google sign-in identity, and organisation details. Used to sign you in, send verification and billing emails, and contact you about the service.

Request data

For every API request we store metadata: model, tokens, cost, latency, status, the route that served it, and the time. Request and response content is stored only if you turn on request logging for your organisation, and you can delete it. Content is sent to the third-party provider that serves the request under that provider\u2019s terms; we do not use it to train models.

Billing data

Payments are processed by our payment providers (Peer Pay for PayPal, Venmo, Cash App and Wise; the Base blockchain for USDC). We store transaction references, amounts and, for crypto, the sending wallet address and transaction hash. We never see or store card numbers or bank details.

Cookies

One session cookie to keep you signed in to the dashboard. No advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and as long as tax law requires. Request metadata is kept for usage reporting; request content, when enabled, is kept for the period you choose. Closing your account deletes personal data that we are not legally required to keep.
