Terms of service

These terms govern your use of OSMEXO LLM Gateway (\u201cthe service\u201d), operated by OSMEXO (\u201cwe\u201d). By creating an account or sending a request to the API you agree to them.

1. The service

The service is an API gateway that forwards your requests to third-party model providers, returns their responses, and bills you for the tokens or units consumed at the prices shown in your dashboard. We select the provider that serves a request; we do not guarantee that a specific provider will be used.

2. Accounts and keys

You are responsible for the API keys created under your account and for all usage made with them. Keep keys secret, rotate them if exposed, and use the per-key budgets and IP allow-lists provided. Notify us through the contact form of any unauthorised use.

3. Credits and billing

The service is prepaid. Credits are purchased in US dollars, do not expire, and are debited per request at the price displayed at the time of the request. Purchase limits apply and can be raised on request. Refunds are handled under our refund policy. Prices can change; the price in effect when a request is made is the one charged.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, to violate the usage policies of the underlying model providers, to send content that is illegal or infringes others\u2019 rights, to attack or overload the service, or to resell access without agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Availability

We route around failing providers and aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the credits you paid for in the three months before the claim.

6. Your content

Prompts and completions belong to you. We store request metadata, and request content only as far as you enable logging, to operate the service and show you your usage. We do not use your content to train models.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the dashboard. You can close your account at any time and request a refund of unused credits under the refund policy. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
