Refund policy
Last updated 27 September 2026
Credits are prepaid and do not expire, so most customers never need a refund. When you do, this is how it works.
Unused credits
Unused credits purchased within the last 30 days are refunded on request, less any payment-processing cost we cannot recover. Credits already consumed by requests are not refundable, because the underlying providers have charged us for them. Free or promotional credit, whether granted on sign-up or on request, is never refunded or paid out; when you ask for a refund, purchased credit is refunded and promotional credit is removed.
Faulty responses
If a request failed on our side you were not charged. A stream you cancel is charged for the tokens generated before you cancelled. If you believe you were charged for a response that was clearly faulty, tell us within 14 days with the request id from the dashboard and we will credit it back.
How refunds are paid
PayPal payments are refunded to the original PayPal account and card payments to the original card. Payments made in India are refunded through Razorpay to the original card or UPI account, in Indian rupees, for the rupee amount you were charged. Where the provider cannot return a payment, we refund by a method you confirm to us in writing. Refunds usually show within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
Overpayments
If a payment arrives for more than your order asked for, the difference is held safely and either credited to your balance or refunded, whichever you ask for.
How to ask
Use the contact form from the email address on your account, with the organisation name and the transaction reference. We answer within two business days.
